Product Warranty


Warranty Regulations:

1. Within warranty period, the company provides free maintenance to the products with quality problems. Please present the valid warranty card and invoice (receipt) to the designated place (or dial the specified number) if maintenance is needed. The warranty card is valid only within the territory of China (except for Taiwan, Macau and Hong Kong).

2. Warranty card, invoice or receipt (except that can be proved during the warranty period)

2.1)No purchasing date is filled out in the warranty card (except that the product can be proved to be within warranty period).

2.2)No purchasing date, user name, dealer name, product model, and serial number are filled out in the warranty card.

2.3)The warranty card or the invoice (receipt) is erased and amended; the invoice is invalid; the machine model and serial number in the warranty card are not in line with that on the product.

2.4)Damage caused by misuse or wrong operation (not according to the product manual).

2.5)The product is repaired, remounted or disassembled at the places beyond our designation, or breakdown and damage caused by the user.

2.6)Failure and damage caused by fires, earthquakes, storms, floods, lightning and other natural disasters and force majeure, or moisture, abnormal voltage, and external forces.

2.7)Setting, adjustment and maintenance interfered by electric wave.

2.8) Product accessories are insufficient.

3. Keep the warranty card safe as it will not be provided again if it is lost.

4. In addition to services specified in the warranty card provisions, the card holders enjoy other rights and interests stipulated in relevant national laws and regulations within the warranty period.

Three-guarantee Commitment

1. Return goods, change goods, or repair goods free of charge within seven days.

If the product you bought from Kaipurui has quality problems, you may return, change or repair the product with 7 days (including the 7th day) after purchasing (the date is submitted to the effective date of the warranty card); if you need to return the product, we shall refund you but charge you one-way freight.

2. Change goods, or repair goods free of charge within 8 to 15 days.

From 8th to 15th days (including the 15th day) of your purchasing, if the product has quality problems, you may change or repair the product. If you need to change the product, we shall provide to you the product with the same model and same specifications free of charge.

3. Within one year, change or repair the product if the product goes through over twice of maintenance and still does not work normally.

Within one year from your purchasing, if the product has functional breakdown and still does not work normally after over twice of maintenance (for the same fault), you may change or repair the product. If you need to change the whole machine, we shall provide to you the product with the same model and same specifications, or the product with function and value not lower than that of yours.

4. Warranty Ways

Users enjoy one year free maintenance since the day of purchasing (except for the leather case). When the warranty period is expired, we charge for the maintenance service. Door-to-door service is offered for repairing massage chairs; other small and medium-sized products should be delivered to our maintenance center by customers. For products within the warranty period from 15 days to one year, the customer and the company pay for the express or mail fee respectively—customer pays for mailing the product to the company, and the company pays for mailing the product back to the customer. When the warranty is expired, customer pays for both ways of mailing.
